All courses are custom made with the client or organisation in mind. This is very beneficial to businesses and organisations. Courses are developed and delivered with the custoners needs in mind. I meet with the customer and we design and approve courses. The benefts are that courses are exactly what the customer requires, meets the business or organisation requirements and effective use is made of time.
My training is delivered with a person-centred approach.

It is typically experiential learning, that is learning by doing, combined with personal reflection, self awareness and exploration. I include mini-lectures, course notes and discussion discussion groups.
Teaching and training may be presented indepenently, co facilitated or in partnership. Guest speakers are sometimes present. All trainers and guest speakers are chosen with care.
